Step 1: Logging into the Portal

  1. Open your web browser and visit the USA Buying Group Portal login page.

  2. Enter your username and password in the respective fields.

  3. Click the “Log In” button to access your account.

Tip: If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.

Step 2: Navigating the Dashboard

Once logged in, you’ll land on the dashboard, which provides quick access to essential features:

  • Important Dates – Current dates being processed for payment requests and delivery arrivals, as well as, today's date.

  • Top Information Bar – View an overview of your account.

  • Recent Deals – See the latest available deals.

  • Important Announcements – Stay updated with key notifications.

  • Your Payments – Track your payment history and pending transactions.

Step 3: Exploring the Portal Layout

1. Sidebar Menu

Includes shortcuts to frequently used features:

  • Add Tracking Number – Add a tracking number to your commitments.

  • Request Payment – Submit a request to get paid from your current balance.

  • See Your Purchase Orders – Access and manage your purchase orders.

  • Open a New Help Ticket – Contact our support team for assistance.

  • Request Shipping Label – Shipping labels are available for packages containing more than $1,000 in products.

2. Sidebar Menu

Includes shortcuts to frequently used features:

  • Active Deals – Browse the latest available deals.

  • My Deals Cart – Manage and track deals you've added for review.

  • My Commitments – Manage confirmed deal commitments.

  • Trackings – Monitor shipment status, add additional tracking numbers, generate shipping labels, enroll in SafeShip package coverage.

  • Purchase Orders – Access and manage your purchase orders.

  • Payment Requests – Submit and track payment requests, add payees, and add ACH Accounts.

3. Additional Access & Support

  • My Account – Update your profile, preferences, and settings.

  • Help Center – Guides, FAQs, updates, and ticket center for assistance from Support.
