Safe Ship Program

The Safe Ship Program offers buyers added protection for their packages:

  • Automatic Coverage: Packages are covered up to $3,000 by default.

  • Additional Coverage: Buyers can request higher coverage, subject to specific terms and conditions.

Step 1: What is Safe Ship?

Safe Ship is a verification process that ensures the accuracy of package values and shipments. It provides coverage for shipments and allows users to dispute discrepancies if the received package does not match the submitted values.

Step 2: Key Safe Ship Features

Each package is assigned a value status based on its coverage eligibility:

  • πŸ”Έ Please Enter Value – The package value has not been entered. Ensure a value is submitted for verification.

  • πŸ”„ Not Covered – The package value exceeds your coverage limit. Adjust the value or request additional coverage if needed.

  • βœ… Covered – The package meets coverage requirements under the Safe Ship Program. No further action is needed.

Step 3: Tracking & Dispute Process

  • The declared value of the package is displayed next to the Safe Ship icon.

  • Once the package reaches the warehouse, the received value is updated.

  • If there is a difference between the submitted and received values, users can file a claim to dispute the discrepancy.

  • This process ensures transparency and added protection, allowing users to accurately track and verify their package values.
