Step 1: Managing Your Account Information

In the My Account section, users can:

  • Edit personal details (name, address, phone number).

  • Change account password for security.

  • Add, update, or delete payment methods, including ACH accounts.

Step 2: Accessing the Help Center

The Help Center provides resources and support, including:

  • FAQs – Browse commonly asked questions and solutions.

  • Support Tickets – Submit and track inquiries for assistance.

Tip: If you encounter an issue, open a support ticket to receive direct assistance from the team.
