I ordered without committing, and now the deal is full. What should I do?

Open a support ticket to see if an exception can be made. If no exception is granted, cancel your order immediately. If the item is received without prior commitment and there is an active deal still accepting new commits, the item will auto-commit to the deal and be paid out at that price, assuming we are still accepting additional units. If there is no active deal, the item will be rejected.
