You will need to open a claim for any PO that was scanned incorrectly. To do so, please go to your Trackings page, select the Tracking you are submitting a claim for, and click on the octagon placed on the right side. Then follow the instructions on screen to submit your claim. PO discrepancies must be reported within 30 days for corrections to be considered.
