I think my package is missing. What should I do?

There is an initial scan on delivery of the package and then later, the packages contents will be processed and a PO created. Packages are processed in the order they are received.

First, check the current date of packages being processed in the top right of your Buyers Portal Dashboard. If your package was delivered after the delivery date listed please allow us more time for processing. If it was delivered before the cutoff and is still not scanned, you will need to file a claim.

For each package, please go to your Trackings page, select the Tracking you are submitting a claim for, and click on the octagon placed on the right side. Then follow the instructions on screen to submit your claim.
