Viewing My Commitments

The "My Commitments" section provides an overview of your committed purchases. Here, you can:

  • View a list of all committed items.

  • Check the quantity committed (the number of items you agreed to buy).

  • Track the quantity received (how many items have been delivered so far).

  • Monitor the quantity still pending (items yet to be received).

  • Click on an item to view its full deal details.

Modifying Commitments (Limited Time Window)

After committing to a deal, you have a short modification window, typically 3 to 4 hours, to make changes:

  1. Navigate to "My Commitments."

  2. Locate the item you need to modify.

  3. Adjust the committed quantity as needed:

    • Increase or decrease the quantity.

    • Change the quantity to zero if you need to remove the commitment.

Once the modification window closes, your commitment becomes final, and you are expected to complete the purchase.

Finalizing Your Purchase

After committing to a deal, you must complete the purchase. To ensure a smooth process:

  • Place your order for the committed items.

  • Track shipments in the "Tracking Numbers" section.

  • Address any discrepancies promptly to avoid order issues.
