Once received, you will receive an email with a purchase order (PO). You can then request payment through your portal. Payments are processed in the order we received the requests. All payments are verified to ensure accuracy and there can be delays due to volume of requests, such as during the holiday season. Your payment will be issued as soon as we reach your request, typically 5 business days or less. You can view the current date of payment requests being processed in the top right of your Buyers Portal Dashboard.
